SWINE WINE BOURBON BARREL AGED STOUT

This month's offering on tap is a deeply dark yet deceptively sweet bourbon barrel aged stout. Containing a legion of dark roasted malt and a touch of mosaic hop, this stout is cast into a bourbon barrel for aging, which offers this stout a flavorful, sweet disguise. But don't be fooled, though sweet, the end will match its ABV. That is, if you find yourself full of too much Swine Wine, you'll probably find yourself at the porcelain throne begging for an exorcism. So drink responsibly.

When life sends you through arid places seeking rest, come sit at the table with other sojourners and partake of Swine Wine.

REASON FOR THE SAISON

This month's offering on tap is a traditional, pastoral saison with a fittingly Christmas spice aroma of frankincense and myrrh. This crushable ale is both light in color and in burden—ABV that is! Before the advent of session beers, saison's were the go-to beverage for farmers who thirsted but also needed to keep their wits about them. Originating in farmhouses, saisons captured the time and place they were fermented through their use of expressive yeast and mixed fermentation—thus why they are called saisons, which is French for "season." Farmhouses lended saisons, such as this one, with horsey, goaty-like aromas and flavors, yet are balanced through the mediation of surprising hops as well as high carbonation. It is, in a very tangible sense, a season become beer.

So pick up a Reason for the Saison today and taste the unchanging season of yesterday, today!—and forever (so long as it's on tap).

OUT OF YOUR MIND NON-ALCOHOLIC PALE ALE

This month's offering on tap is a refreshing non-alcoholic pale ale that will leave bystanders bewildered at your ability to still speak understandably after a night throwing these bad boys back. Because while everyone else is getting sloshed on high ABV IPAs, you're filling yourself with this utterly delicious Pale Ale that has less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, yet 100% malty, hoppy beer taste. Understood by all beer drinkers alike, this Pale Ale, with its apricot and lemon hop aromatics and full-bodied malty mouthfeel, tastes just like an regular, full-alcoholic Pale Ale. But is this not a Non-Alcoholic Beer? How is it that we taste a normal Pale Ale when this is not a "normal" Pale Ale? Well, that's proprietary... (or so the brewery says) so I guess you have to join the club to find out.

Do not be accused of being filled with new wine, or some outrageously high ABV IPA that causes you to slur your words into some unrecognizable speech, grab a pint of Out of Your Mind NA Pale Ale and be understood.

LOT 490 OKTOBERFEST

This month's offering on tap is a toasty, German-style marzen that's gotten rid of all bitterness and thus is a faithful and just Oktoberfest. This Oktoberfest beer bore the long summer of fermentation, and now gives it's biscuit-like malt aroma and clean, hop bitterness to those who asks for it. When it comes to proper Oktoberfest beers, many do not know what they're doing, but this Lot 490 Oktoberfest has time and time again proven itself to be trustworthy and true to blotting out the old and inaugurating the new — the new brewing season that is! Did you know Oktoberfest beers, and thus the Oktoberfest celebration, are markers of the new beer brewing season? Now you do!

Time to gather, once again, around the table and receive Oktoberfest when we ask for it.

FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BRITISH MILD

This month's offering on tap is a deliciously smooth British mild with a hint of licorice and caramel goodness. For the sake of the British mild way, it has made void the word of moderation because the alcohol content on this British mild is only 3.2%! With a classic chestnut color and a soft yet complex texture, this British mild stands firm and holds fast to the classic British mild brewing way by revealing the reality of biscuity maltiness along with a subtle date, toffee, and nut finish. It is in this true, authentic expression that the drinker may be introduced to the reality of really good beer.

Walk in the way of the British elders, drink British mild with undefiled beer hands.

HARK! THE HERALD CHRISTMAS ALE

This month's offering on tap is a seasonal Christmas ale that, though in the form of a scotch-ale, having a sweet, malty body, does not exploit the equality. Rather the brewer empties buckets of seasonal, hallmark flavors like nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, and plum into the brew during fermentation, which embodies the flavors of Christmas into this Scotch-ale likeness. With a bready, almost gingerbread-like malt profile, this Christmas ale is the exact imprint of Christmas in liquid form. The full-bodied nature of this Christmas ale offers a light alcohol warmth that will reveal itself in warm flesh and jubilant spirits.

Hark! The glory of Christmas is in your hands! Drink and be merry!

METATRON GOSE

This month's offering on tap is a traditional Gose with a host of spice and tartiness. Bursting forth from the cloudy appearance is a beer that shouts for joy with each and every returning sip. During the brewing process, the gose is left exposed to the open air which, along with floating yeast and bacteria, produces a spontaneous fermentation of tart, tart, tart to the beer that is and is to come. And with a malt profile that includes 50% malted wheat alongside the malted barley, you have a beer that is both familiar yet set apart. Metatron Gose has a salty and yet spicy, herbal taste due both to the local saline-rich waters and the adding of coriander seeds to the boil. Because of this, this beer may be terrifying at first, but do not be afraid, it is very much a sessionable beer.

With such a unique taste, though you may drink many different beers throughout the night, it is hard to drink a gose without knowing it.

SUSPICIOUS SAINT OKTOBERFEST

This month’s offering on tap is a toasty Oktoberfest that welcomes you to spooky season with both its deep copper color as well as its sweet start that falters to a heavy finish. To the suspicion of the unfaithful, Oktoberfests are also known as Märzenbier because, prior to the certainty of refrigeration, Märzenbiers (beer brewed in March) were stored in cold caves for fermentation and enjoyed mid-summer, while the remaining casks were enjoyed in October (thus, the moniker Oktoberfest) when brewing season resumed (As they say, "beer with little refrigeration, why do you spoil?" Heat. That's why. So let's not brew during the summer). At 6% ABV, the alcohol content of this Oktoberfest is slightly elevated from other steadfast beers, but not so much to be driven and tossed by the whirlwind of new, hip pumpkin/seasonal beers.

Hesitant to step into this season of darkness? Grab hold of the hand that offers Suspicious Saint and question no more.

CODE OF CONDUCT IIIPA

This month’s offering on tap is a thick, syrupy, outrageously hoppy triple IPA that smacks you in the face and tells you who’s boss. After a year of quarantine, social justice, and individual experiences, it can be hard to readjust to social-cultural norms and rules, so here is a super heavy beer (over 10% ABV!) to help with the adjustment. This IIIPA offers a balance between the theory of beer and the social aspect of it — balancing thick mouthfeel with a flavorful hop resin. You’re gonna need some time to drink this, perfect for giving yourself time to remember how to properly interact with others. Some might say that they know a good beer from a bad beer, and that may be, but sometimes it’s helpful to have something to set the stage. And this beer does just that.

Some beer is written on the tap list, others are written on the heart.

RECOMPENSE & REPRIEVE ESB

This month’s offering on tap is a favorite standard of English brewers, loving the balance between malt and hop bitterness, while hating any beer that disregards such balance. This English Style Bitter is an english “session” beer that you can’t refuse, so even if it’s put before you seven times in a day with an invitation to drink, you must drink. Yet, despite its name, it is not particularly bitter; getting rid of its hop bitterness by drawing your focus the hop aroma, just as the brewer focused on the hops. ESBs, which are weightier versions of the English Bitter, allow this beer to travel better, that it might become a light lager to other nations, which wait in hope for the beer in the brewer's arms.

Learn to drink right, seek an ESB. And if you drink it, your thirst may be wiped out, as a time of refreshing comes.

DAILY GRIND COFFEE PORTER

This month’s offering on tap is a robust porter that shows the craftsmanship of the brewer. He definitely did not slack his hand on this one, and the result of his diligent hands makes for a rich, creamy porter. Every aspect of this porter reveals the glory of beer: be it the toil of harvesting the grains, malt, and barley which give this beer its sweet, caramel sweetness; the careful roasting of the coffee which serves the robust flavor of the beer and not your morning cup of Joe; or whatever else hands did to craft this brew, you can tell they did with all their might because it shows.

This coffee porter is not for the idle (I mean, coffee in a beer? how could it be!). But for everyone else, whatever you do, this beer is for you.

COOPED UP KÖLSCH

This month’s offering is a special one, designed for all you home-bodies out there on the interwebs: the Cooped Up Kölsch!

As a sessionable brew at just 4.4% ABV, there’s no shame in having one or four more than you originally wanted to at 2pm on a Tuesday. While it’s golden yellow hue might remind you of the hope of spring, the bitter hop finish grounds you in the reality that you might wake up feeling sick the next morning. Even so, an unforgiving hangover won’t stop you from agreeing that getting Cooped Up is still the best option for you, for everyone.

Cooped Up was crafted with great sensitivity to the traditional Kölsch brewing process by using top fermenting yeast but then aging the beer in cold cellars like bottom-fermented beer. Just like in the olden days, back in the epicenter of the Kölsch, Cologne, Germany. The brewmaster of Cooped Up took great care to channel the spirit of their brewmaster ancestors, who intuitively knew that drinking the beer was safer than drinking the water.

And so, what are you going to do? The days are bleeding into one another - what day of the week even is this? - and your sweatpants are clearly worn out. So why don’t you just mute the audio and cut the video of your weekly staff meeting to get whisked away to a simpler time when bars weren’t abandoned and you could still air-hug your friends from under six feet away. Enjoy the Cooped Up Kölsch while being cooped up!

#thirsty DRY STOUT

This month’s offering on tap is a deliciously creamy Irish-style dry stout that is both tantalizingly smooth and definitively bitter. Unlike other beers, which are often paired with meals, this dry stout is a meal in itself. True to traditional dry-stout style, it is good for #thirsty to be nitrogen infused, lending it a smooth, creamy body to the palate and accentuating it’s dark roasted malt characteristic. Despite the problems that non-#thristy beers face (such as divided attention on hops and malts), #thirsty is spared from it all by disregarding the hop life. If you cannot control your lust for hops, then go ahead and drink a different beer.

It is good that you stay #thirsty my friends.

ARRANGE IT ALTBIER

This month’s offering on tap is a balanced system of hop and malt flavors and aromas that provide a foundation for understanding what true beer is meant to be: pure and faultless. This altbier, which “alt” meaning “old”, has a long history of providing the drinker with a perspective on beer and facilitating conversations worldwide. Originally, the altbier was anchored in location and culture (Düsseldorf area of Germany, to be exact) — with other regions and people groups having their own type of beer — but with modern globalization, altbier can now be enjoyed and brewed around the world and with different places engaging with and wrestling with the altbier method. At its core, the altbier holds to its traditional roots: it is an ale and finds lager yeast unnecessary. But it can also be seen inclusive of other processes, that, though being an ale, it is fermented at the colder, lager temperature.

Whatever your take on beer, this beer has something to say.

FLAG HOISTER KOLSCH

This month’s offering on tap is a deliciously crushable German Kolsch that is enjoyable in all circumstances and with all things — whether lying down or standing up. This pure and sufficient light beer presents your body with a deluge of crisp, light malt character that will keep you declaring its goodness throughout the night (and with a low ABV, you can continue throwing it back day and night. Never stop drinking…). The Germans are jealous people and argue that the only true Kolsch is made in Cologne, Germany (like this one!) — so drink no other Kolsch because this is the only one deserving of your tastebuds.

Let everyone who is thirsty, whether in spirit or in groups, throw back a Flag Hoister Kolsch.

PLOTTING SCOUNDREL STOUT

This month’s offering on tap is a thick, dark dry stout that hates the light. In an almost impossible way, this Irish-style dry stout absorbs nearly all the light that enters into it, leaving a pint so dark it’s like drinking darkness. We look for light, but all is darkness. Perfect for this time of year, when goblins and ghouls are about, this heavy stout will overtake you and in your new frame of mind conceive trouble and give birth to disillusionment. Or maybe those are just trick-or-treaters? The roasted malt aroma is enticing and alluring. The nitrogen infusion is tempting, cloaking the bitterness beneath and inviting you to swallow it up, like the grave.

Whoa to those who choose a light beer over dark. The day of darkness is at hand.

LIE LOW LAVENDER IPA

This month’s offering on tap is the Lie Low Lavender IPA. A one-of-a-kind delight, this offering is hard to get your hands on and harder still to get your arms around. Brewed only seasonally, exclusively for secretly selected locations, and in frustratingly low quantities for such a sought-after libation, the master brewer maddens his followers by refusing to supply the demand. This beer has a ferocious fragrant front with an eruptive hoppy back - a truly unmistakable drinking experience for those who have found a stocked brewery that carries it. For an otherwise traditional IPA with the ABV of a double, be careful when you do locate this coveted cocktail, as you might find yourself blinded and on the floor in its presence.

SEARCH FOR SUMMER ALE

This month’s offering on tap is crisp, golden hued summer ale that is pleasant to your soul. Search For Summer Ale uniquely has a biscuit-like malt flavor that pairs perfectly with it’s subtle sweetness, like a hint of honey on one’s lips. This light-bodied summer ale enhances your might on hot summer days while it’s Noble-type hop character will leave you speaking from your mouth knowledge and understanding. Yet, for all its evident characteristics, its slight haze leaves it unsearchable and though its flavor is great, to ascertain precisely what it is, we cannot. One sip will leave you in awe of it’s thirst-quenching power, and this will just be the beginning, for only fools will despise it.

E PLURIBUS PILSNER

This month’s offering on tap is one of the most widely iconic and controversial beers in the world. Following the German Reinheitsgebot (purity order), which stipulates that "the only ingredients used for the brewing of beer must be Barley, Hops and Water,” this beer is doubles down on the belief that there is but one true method for brewing beer, while also proclaiming the complexity and purity of the Reinheitsgebot’s three ingredients (in fact, to disregard and transgress this order is punishable by law!). This pilsner is an exquisitely balanced lager with a light, golden hue; fresh, active bubbles; and bold, effervescent head. Its crisp and refreshing profile will give you strength, uphold, and guide you on such a summer’s day.

So drink up! In this the fullness of beer resides: barley, hops, and water.

COMMON GOOD FARMHOUSE ALE

This month’s offering on tap is a unique collection of ingredients that, when put together, are sure to raise your spirits and build up the body. Common Good Farmhouse Ale is a traditional farmhouse ale, which means it was brewed with whatever was on hand and therefore this batch and its collection of ingredients will look and taste different than the collection of ingredients of another. But what remains the same in every batch is the sense of origin it conveys. Each batch and each ingredient are the making of one and then same origin. And because I do not want you to be uninformed, typical farmhouse ales like Common Good are fermented in an open vat in a barn, which means part of the unique characteristic of the beer lies in the infusion of the surrounding elements (which may include a pest or two).

Common Good was brewed for a basic purpose: to equip and sustain the drinker in their work. So drink up and attain your full measure.

INCONCEIVABLE! GLUTEN-FREE LIGHT LAGER

This month’s offering on tap is a malt-driven, highly-flavored light lager that is rid of any and all traces of gluten. You may want to disown anything “gluten-free” as not being a true beer, but don’t be afraid to give this one a try. You’ll be surprised. When “gluten-free” became a cultural longing it was foretold that a gluten-free beer would make its way into our hands. And though there are many stories of other gluten-free beers out there, none capture the pureness of the INCONCEIVABLE! gluten-free light lager. But how can it be a beer if it has no gluten? (For key ingredients to making beer [barley, wheat, oats, and rye] all have gluten in them.) INCONCEIVABLE! makes it happen by replacing gluten ingredients with a balanced mixture of malted sorghum and buckwheat. The result is a deliciously light and refreshing lager. And in contrast to many of the other gluten-free beers on the market, which mask the distinctly false flavor of beer with hops, INCONCEIVABLE! uses none. It simply just is a pure light lager that stands on its own.

Gluten-free beer is now with us and this is the only one that will not only save people with celiac disease or gluten-intolerance from dying, it will also save their beer-loving tastebuds.

WORD TO THE WEISSE

This month’s offering on tap is a wine barrel-aged Berliner Weisse — for, is not the best beers found among the aged? This refreshingly tart beer is perfectly permeated with hints of black cherry and raspberry from the pinot noir wine barrels it was aged in — which are, first of all, pure and full of good fruit. Just one sip and your tongue will speak this truth. This Berliner Weisse is also low in alcohol so you can keep your wits about you while going about your night. With such a light complexion, low bitterness, and high refreshment factor, only a fool would dislike this beer.

But be careful: with such a great beer comes much sorrow (knowledge of such greatness only serves to ruin other beers) — but to acquire it is to love yourself. So love yourself.

FEEL SOMETHING NOTHING DIPA

This month’s offering on tap is such a hopped-up Double IPA that some would argue the brewers were passionless in their disregard for proper hop proportioning. The intensity hits you first in the nostrils with extreme aromas of pine, citrus, and overwhelming fear — but to say that such are actually found in the beer or that its fragrance is actually pleasing would only serve to be analogous and anthropomorphic. The aroma gives way to an onslaught of tongue-scraping and palate wrecking bitterness that once consumed and leaves you feeling… well… nothing. Say goodbye palate.

FEEL SOMETHING NOTHING DIPA holds no emotional regard for you and your emotions, it simply is what it is.

ONE FISH DUBBEL FISH

This month’s offering on tap is Belgian Dubbel with a figgy, jammy, red fruit flavor that may leave you wondering how your beer got turned into wine (it didn’t, that’s just the ABV talking). The dark reddish-brown complexion is obscured with a slight, muddy haze of yeasty origin so that the work of fermentation may be displayed within it. With a subtle hop-bitterness, this beer does immeasurably more to create a balanced finish than plaster saint beers.

INTERMISSION SCOTCH ALE

This month’s offering on tap is a wee heavy ale with a rich, malty complexion. Being heavy in alcohol (on par with wine!) this is not a daily driver, but something to be sipped on at the week’s end — especially on cold winter nights, as this beer drinks best slightly warmer than a cold draught beer would. The warming strength of the ale invites the drinker to sit back and rest, enjoying each sip as it goes down. The flavor profile is reminiscent of weekday ales (molasses, caramel, vanilla) but what really sets this beer apart from the rest is the slightly peaty flavor derived from the barley soil.

This ale was made for man.

DARK TEMPTATION STOUT

This month’s offering on tap is an extremely dark and slightly bitter stout in the ancient malak fashion. This tempting beer is more crafty than any other stout with with a deceiving ABV of 6.66% but with bold overtones of roasted malt, giving it a cunning, dark character. The creamy head on top is seductive and smooth, but dive on in past it and all you’re left with is a liquid dark as sin.

CONDUCTION SESSION IPA

This month’s offering on tap is an extremely crushable session IPA that you’ll want to drink with your friends. This refreshing and light (read: low ABV) IPA uses Citra hops in order to impart its delightful notes of tropical fruits and inspiriting citrus. Almost like a secret-society-of-beers, Conduction Session IPA introduced itself into the craft beer scene not by becoming widely available but by limiting one's ability to lay one’s hands on it by funneling access to it through those already “in the know.” Now Conduction Session IPA is available worldwide, offering it’s bursting hop aroma and fruit-bodied drinkability in sharable packages.

PARADOX BARREL-AGED COFFEE STOUT

This month’s offering on tap is robust coffee stout that has been aged in bourbon barrels for random amounts of time — some barrels are kegged immediately, allowing the beer only to receive a le croix-like amount of bourbon favor before getting out into the world, while others remain in the bourbon barrels indefinitely, infusing itself ever-so-much with the oaky-bourbon goodness but never to be drank. This beer walks the line of becoming and remaining. Much like the brewing process of this beer, the composition of it invites the drinker into both states: the coffee provides a caffeine kick that sends the drinker into action while the bourbon invites to drinker to sit, stay, and ponder.

This beer is a paradox. But if there is one things for certain, the high alcohol content of this beer will surely make you wonder what it means to be upright.

THE ABSENCE OF SILENCE IS GOLDEN ALE

This month’s offering on tap is light, approachable golden ale with a sweet, pleasing aroma and a malty body which makes this beer easily drinkable to everyone. This all-around, well balanced ale is crisp and refreshing and a perfect addition to everyone’s daily routine. Its low alcohol content allows for this beer to be a daily driver and something that can be enjoyed at all times, in all things (though, we’d advise against drinking this while driving — Jesus take the wheel!). This brilliant, pale yellow beer with snow white head caps is intended to be simple and direct. Golden Ales aren’t meant to be filled with empty, meaningless ingredients — like some other “craft” beers may include in order to draw attention. HEART-HOUSE BARLEYWINE

This month’s offering on tap is a complex, malt-forward beer, which also happens to be one of the strongest beers around. This brawny, highly alcoholic beer can be intimidating (or exciting) to the new drinker, and should be sipped with fear and trembling. Despite its name, there is no wine in this beer, though its origination is unclear and is often believed to have started as a wine-strengthened beer, or simply as a means to convert wine drinkers over to the beer fold. Regardless, this barleywine is as strong as wine and covers up a multitude of pairings and you’d be rightly justified in turning to it. With a honey aroma and a thick, unadulterated fruit taste profile, this beer ages well and develops a depth that and character that leaves the drinker feeling newborn, drinking the sweet nectar for the very first time.

Some say this beer is for everyone while others say its only for the elect craft brew crowd. Either way, just one sip and it will make you a believer.

MAY THE SCHWARZBIER WITH YOU

This month’s offering on tap is a German style schwarzbier (which literally means “black beer”) that simultaneously inhabits the realms of dark and light beers. With a deep, dark complexion that incites expectations of a heavy, inky stout, this beer upsets your presumption by going down light, with the graceful smoothness of a lagerbier. It is precisely the beer's dark matter that often provides the drinker with some of the most refreshing, bittersweet beer drinking experiences. Schwarzbier, being the longest continuously brewed beer style in the world, is a beer that is wholly set apart from the rest.

Sometimes you just can’t categorize a beer, and instead you just draw a circle around it and say “schwarzbier, schwarzbier, schwarzbier!"

SUNDAY’S BEST AMERICAN LAGER

This month’s offering on tap is a true American lager, which is part of the greater lager family, that is an extremely drinkable, "come as you are" kind of beer. It's body is light, allowing the sun to shine through and cast its colorful rays upon your table as you sip away at this refreshingly clean lager. Its characteristic is crisp and sweet at the start and has a finish that's sharp but doesn't linger. Fermented in cold, cavernous cellars with high lofted ceilings, these lagers use bottom-fermenting yeast in order to produce its predictable, 5-point experience: 1) a warm, welcoming scent;  2) a sizable amount of head singing songs of its freshness; 3) a light, hue of gold; 4) a simple, sweet flavor profile with images of barley fields in the summer; 5) an end that encourages you to grab another. The great debate of the age with lagers like this is whether it's the fermenting process that makes this American lager a lager, or whether it's the type of yeast used. One may never know.

You'll often find this lager served alongside crackers and with a wine-back.

DARKWOOD IMPERIAL STOUT

This month’s offering on tap is an imperial stout which is dark as sin as well as high in alcohol and body. Its dark complexion, like an eclipsed sun on an otherwise sunny afternoon, betrays the senses with a wine-like taste and a bitter edge. As strong as it is, it won’t take too long to block out your surroundings and lead you into beer paradise.  So go slowly. Though the origin of imperial stouts left little to be desired (historically associated with alcoholics due to its strength), it has come a long way since then, becoming an iconic beer in the beer scene and a popular beer to brew and possess. Where other stouts have failed, this one won’t leave you hanging out to dry.

PERFECT SPARK WINTER WARMER

This month’s offering on tap is the original winter warmer in an old ale style which boasts bold, honey-like characteristics not just in color but in taste. This winter ale has a complex, malty flavor that somehow resolves itself into a perfectly smooth, drinkable delight. Being brewed in the old ale fashion, this beer only reveals more of its sweet, spicy flavor notes as it ages. In order to achieve such a perfect ale, the head brewer oversees each and every aspect of the process from start to finish, ensuring that each brewer execute their role as it is meant to be performed. The result is an ale that is has been replicated and reimagined by nearly every brewery on earth. But nothing beats the original.

THERE WILL BE BLOOD ORANGE IMPERIAL ALE

This month’s offering on tap is a new imperial ale that provides such a cleansing to the palate that all other beers had beforehand seem defiled. Cutting through the thick head on top reveals a blood red-colored ale that screams a satisfyingly earthy and yet citrusy aroma. This strong imperial ale utterly destroys the competition in this arena both in its alcohol content (a raging 12% ABV) and in its robust, blood-orange finish — a flavor often imitated but never as effectively replicated. The unfiltered aspect of the I.P.A. provides a cloudy characteristic that catches up together both the living cultures of the yeast along with the bitter bite of the dry, dead hops. With an IBU hovering around 1000 (a specialty class of I.P.A. dubbed "millennium I.P.A.s") the powerful appearance of pine is enough to wake the dead but, due to the unfiltered nature, is gone in the twinkling of an eye to make way for a dark malty complexion attributed to the chaff that is left behind after the harvesting of the grain.

INFERNO RED ALE

This month's offering on tap is a tempting red ale from Sheol Brewing Company based out of Hell, Michigan. This sinfully delicious beverage is made with only the best malt grown in the heart of Hell, which provides this red ale with it's devilish color as well as its fierce, complex flavor profile. This ale teases you with a sweet honey forward note only to leave you gnashing your teeth at the immense heat generated by the addition of ghost pepper. Is that sulfur I smell? Probably. But don't let it throw you off, there's the fragrance of daisies pushing up through it as well.

This ale is perfect for the working, rich young ruling types as well as those "innocent angels" with a devilish side.

HOLY HEFEWEIZEN

This month's offering on tap is a heavenly blend of fresh celestial hops and a proprietary blend of twelve different fruits. Though, the key to this divine brew may in fact come from it's water -- a crystal clear river that runs right through the brewery. This Hefeweizen goes down like a celebratory toast at a wedding and ends with an already-but-not-yet hint of clove.

This beer will wipe away every tear, unless, of course, it's a tear of joy.
